Terms & License

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms govern your use of b6astedsolutions.com and any digital product you buy from B6asted Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States ("B6asted", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

B6asted Solutions LLC operates two lines of business:

  • Editing services. Commissioned promotional video edits produced for clients such as music marketing agencies, labels, and artists, under an agreed brief, fee, and deadline.
  • Campaign coordination. Sourcing, briefing, and coordinating other independent creators to post as part of a client's promotional campaign.
  • Digital products. Editing packs for Adobe After Effects, including colour grading presets, overlay elements, and Twixtor configuration settings, sold as downloadable files.

We do not sell physical goods, and nothing is shipped. Sections 2 to 8 below cover digital products. Section 9 covers commissioned editing services.

2. Purchasing

Purchases are made through our storefront on Payhip, which handles checkout, payment processing, and file delivery. Payhip's own terms apply to that part of the transaction. We never receive or store your card details.

A contract of sale is formed when your payment is confirmed and your download is made available. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.

3. Licence granted to you

On purchase, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the files you bought. Under this licence you may:

  • Use the files in an unlimited number of your own video projects
  • Use them in commercial and monetised work, including client work and sponsored content
  • Modify and adapt them to suit your own edits
  • Install them on the computers you personally use

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the files, whether modified or not
  • Share the files, or your download link, with anyone else
  • Upload the files to file-sharing sites, Discord servers, cloud drives, or any other public or semi-public location
  • Include the files in a pack, template, bundle, or product of your own
  • Present the presets themselves as your own creation, or claim authorship of them
  • Use the files in any unlawful way, or in material that is defamatory or infringes the rights of others

The licence covers the person or entity that made the purchase. If you want to use the files across a team or studio, please contact us first.

5. Ownership

We retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the files. You are buying a licence to use them, not ownership of them. Videos you create using the files are yours, and we claim no rights over your finished work.

6. Breach of licence

If you breach the restrictions in Section 4, your licence terminates automatically and immediately. You must then stop using the files and delete all copies. We reserve our right to pursue any remedy available to us for unauthorised distribution of our work.

7. Third-party software

Our products require Adobe After Effects, and the Twixtor settings additionally require the Twixtor plugin from RE:Vision Effects. We do not sell, resell, supply, or support that software, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Adobe Inc. or RE:Vision Effects. Product names are used only to identify compatibility. It is your responsibility to hold valid licences for any software you need.

8. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, subject to the exceptions set out in our Returns & Refunds, which forms part of these terms.

9. Commissioned editing services

Where we produce an edit for a client, the following applies in addition to any written agreement between us:

  • Scope and fee. The concept, fee, and delivery date are agreed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
  • Client warranties. You confirm you hold or control the rights to any track, footage, or material you supply, and that you are authorised to commission its promotional use.
  • Disclosure. Sponsored and paid promotional posts are disclosed as such in line with FTC guidance and platform rules. This is a legal requirement and is not negotiable.
  • Editorial integrity. We will not publish material that is misleading, or state opinions we do not hold. We may decline a brief for any reason.
  • Revisions. One round of revisions is included before posting unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment. Fees are invoiced on delivery and due on receipt unless other terms are agreed in writing.
  • Ownership. The finished edit is published on our own channel. You receive the right to reshare and use the post for your campaign. We retain ownership of the edit itself unless assigned in writing.
  • Removal. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting of a post, and platform moderation is outside our control.

9b. Campaign coordination

Where we source and coordinate other creators for a client campaign:

  • We are not the creators' employer or agent for payment. Each creator contracts directly with the client. The client is responsible for agreeing terms with them and for paying them. We do not receive, hold, or pass on any funds intended for creators.
  • Our fee. We are paid a coordination fee for sourcing, briefing, and scheduling. It is separate from, and additional to, whatever the client pays the creators.
  • No guarantee of performance. We cannot guarantee views, engagement, chart movement, or any commercial outcome. Creators are independent and we do not control their audiences or the platform's distribution.
  • Creator conduct. We brief creators on disclosure requirements, but each creator is responsible for their own compliance with FTC rules and platform policies.
  • Delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to keep a campaign on schedule, but we are not liable for an independent creator failing to post.

9a. Product support

We provide reasonable email support for problems with downloading, opening, or installing our files. We do not provide general tuition in After Effects, and we cannot guarantee that a preset will produce a particular result on your specific footage, since that depends on the source material.

10. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or related systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the site, including by transmitting malicious code
  • Misrepresent your identity in communications with us

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the files will be compatible with every version of every software package, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost projects, or lost data, arising from use of our files or this website.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new date. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted. The licence attached to a product you have already bought is not changed retroactively.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in force.
