This policy explains how B6asted Solutions LLC ("B6asted", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the website at b6astedsolutions.com, the digital products we sell, and the editing services we provide.
1. This website collects almost nothing
b6astedsolutions.com is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, no contact form, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not set cookies on this website.
Our web server keeps standard access logs recording IP address, browser user agent, page requested, and timestamp. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are retained for a short period before deletion.
2. Purchases happen on Payhip
Our storefront and checkout are operated by Payhip, a third-party platform. When you buy something, you are transacting on Payhip's systems, and the information you enter there is collected under Payhip's own privacy policy, which we recommend you read.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Payhip and its payment providers. We never see, receive, or store your card number.
From a completed sale, we receive limited order information through our seller account, which typically includes your email address, the product purchased, the amount and date, and the country associated with the transaction.
3. What we use that information for
- Delivering your files and resending download links
- Answering support emails and resolving problems with an order
- Processing refunds and investigating billing disputes
- Keeping the accounting and tax records we are legally required to keep
- Detecting fraudulent or abusive transactions
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to.
3a. Client and business contacts
Where we carry out commissioned editing work, we hold the business contact details and correspondence needed to run the engagement: the contact name and email of the agency or artist, the brief and any material supplied, the agreed fee, and invoice and payment records. This is kept to deliver the work, to invoice for it, and to satisfy our accounting and tax obligations. Material you send us in confidence is treated as confidential.
4. Email you send us
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message, held in our mailbox so we can reply and keep a record of the support history for that order.
5. Who else sees your information
We keep the list short:
- Payhip and its payment providers, who operate our store, process payments, and deliver files
- Our email provider, which hosts the mailbox where support messages arrive
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server this website sits on
- Legal and tax authorities, where disclosure is required by law, and our accountant where one is engaged
6. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law, which is generally several years. Support email is kept while it remains useful for handling that customer's history and then deleted. Server logs are deleted after a short retention period.
7. Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our seller account and mailbox is protected by strong credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not hold payment card data at all, which removes the most sensitive category of risk.
8. Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to keep transaction records that we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honour those rights where they apply to you. For information held on Payhip's systems, requests may need to be directed to Payhip.
9. International customers
We sell worldwide. Because our business, our hosting, and our platform providers are based in the United States and elsewhere, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
10. Age
Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new date.
