These are presets and project files, not standalone software. You need Adobe After Effects, plus whichever plugin the pack lists.
We do not sell or supply those plugins. Magic Bullet Looks is from Maxon, Twixtor from RE:Vision Effects, Continuum (BCC) and Sapphire from Boris FX. You need your own licence for whichever a pack requires.
