Send the track, a short brief on what the edit should be about, and your target date. For a multi-creator campaign, say roughly how many posts you need and over what window. You'll get a fixed quote and a straight yes or no, usually same day. Full details on the services page.

Check your spam folder first, since automated delivery emails often land there. If it's genuinely missing, email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.

Which software do I need?

Adobe After Effects for all of it, plus the plugin each pack requires. Colorings need Magic Bullet Looks, the Twixtor products need Twixtor, and Sharpen Settings and the 10K pack need Continuum (BCC), with Sapphire also required for the 10K pack. Every listing on the packs page states which. We don't sell those plugins, and the files won't work without them.

Can I use these commercially?

Yes, in your own video projects, including monetised ones. You can't resell or redistribute the files themselves. Full terms are in the licence.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded, which is why we'd rather answer your questions first. Faulty files and non-delivery are always put right. See the Returns & Refunds.
